In the first instance please use our F.A.Q’s below and/or AI chatbot, don’t be afraid of the AI, it simply reads all the info we have fed into it, and it can use it to respond to your questions just like a human can. If that doesn’t satisfy your requirements, then by all means please contact us via email. Our phone number will only be given to specific people when required as it is not an efficient method of communication for this type of business. We don't currently have a physical, brick and mortar type store for Te Kara, it's an online business mostly - however we can do market's and can attend other events, these will be listed somewhere on the website, try searching for the word 'market' or 'event' in the search box at the top of the page. We also will have local ambassadors with stock, which you may be able to view - and we hope to be able to have some product retailing in various other stores in the near future. There will be a 'Where you can find us' type menu option for this when it happens.
